As the owner of Capris of Easley, I can assure you we use the same recipe for our lasagna, as did the Capri family when it was originated in 1953. Layers of flat pasta, homemade tomato based meatsauce, mozzarella, sausage, parmesan and ricotta! Our No. 1 seller too! You will not be disappointed. Stacey, thanks for the inquiry. But as the owner, I regret to inform you that, although we do welcome parties, we can only serve you on a 1st come, 1st serve basis, as we DO NOT take reservations. Week nights are far less busy than weekends, so naturally your wait would be very minimal. We seat groups of up to 12-14 comfortably, and 18-20 is usually our maximum. Large groups that visit on weekends, sometimes see waits over an hour for their party to be seated together. they don't take reservations. which is ridiculous. lots of times the service isn't very good. the bread usually is very hard. the pizzas and lasagna is very good
